Can an employer ask a current employee about medical test results? - medical test results
A group of employees were paid for a disease caused by a laboratory hired by the employer selected. Some results are positive. The employee then went to her doctor for further investigation. Is it legal for employers to ask about the results of these tests? Thank you.
